I have a fun story. When mum and dad brought me home they showed me the house and I loved being home. As we were in the living room a mother and baby woodpecker arrived for the very first time in our Garden and were looking for food. It was a funny co-incidence and they were noisier than me too...

That surely was a special event, Conner, Laurie and Aida, especially since it looks like a Golden-fronted Woodpecker, which probably pretty rare in Denver! If you put out some suet, they may stay around. Congratulations to all of you ... we're friends of your parents here in Nevada and just heard the good news.
